The consultant will make you a cash offer between 80% - 85% of
the market value of the property. They will also confirm this
offer formally in writing by post. The offer made, will be the
highest of either The Cash Property Buyers or one of our
Associates can make. Either way it will be the highest possible
cash offer we can make whilst ensuring that your needs and
requirements are fully met.
